Clear reports move faster. Include the relevant details, but avoid sending private information that is not needed for the issue.

Include your full name, registered email if relevant, device type, and a short explanation of what is not working.

Safety priority

Safety reports should be sent early.

Reports involving child safety, harassment, impersonation, threats, exploitation, abuse, or unsafe content should be emailed immediately.

  • Attach screenshots where possible.
  • Include usernames, dates, links, and a short explanation.
  • Do not continue replying to users who are threatening, harassing, or pressuring you.

Safety email

Send safety concerns to support@communitystack.org. MyNORSU Social may review, restrict, or remove content or accounts that violate platform rules, safety expectations, or applicable laws.

Emergency situations should be reported to appropriate local authorities or campus security channels first.
